Market leadership today depends on innovation and getting your products
to market faster than your competitors. Delivering superior quality and
increasing productivity are also imperative to stay on top of your
game. In such a scenario, having a partner in your product development
process who understands your needs and has the technology and domain
skills, can go a long way in ensuring market success.
Vrinda Engineering is specialize in providing complete Engineering Outsourcing services for Automobiles, Arospace,Machinery, Tools and Die making Industry. Our Metal casting services involves the shaping of free-flowing liquid metals through the use of dies, molds, or patterns. Castings are generally roughly finished due to the nature of their production. In many cases, additional finishing is required to remove burrs and other artifacts of the casting process. Vrinda 's Metal castings services are used to design a wide range of components and finished products. Everything from simple nails and fasteners to engine blocks can be fabricated using our metal casting services. Vrinda offers common metal casting processes include sand casting, die casting, permanent mold casting, investment casting, centrifugal casting, and lost foam casting.
Our Sand casting services is used to make large parts (typically iron, but also bronze, brass, aluminum). Molten metal is poured into a mold cavity formed out of sand (natural or synthetic). Sand castings generally have a rough surface, sometimes with surface impurities and surface variations..

This alloy is lightweight, while possessing high dimensional stability for complex shapes and thin walls. Aluminum has good corrosion resistance and mechanical properties, high thermal and electrical conductivity, as well as strength at high temperatures. |

The easiest alloy to cast, it offers high ductility, high impact strength and is easily plated. Zinc is economical for small parts, has a low melting point and promotes long die life. The low meting point of zinc alloys translates in lower energy needs. The melting-remelting cycles do not change their chemical composition (as soon as the temperature of 450°C is not exceeded), their physical or mechanical properties. Hence there is an optimum recycling of zinc alloy parts (feeding systems, sprues, carots, rejected parts). Zinc is natural and does not pollute. Choosing Zinc as material means a sustainable and 100% environmental friendly solution for the user. Due to their small shrinkage properties, part can be casted with close tolerances (up to 1/1000th of the nominal dimension) and small draft angles. |
